Every teacher should always been seeking guidance with people who are really experts in teaching. I always take
advices always when teaching different students. Always seek what is right and always been
asking advice in anything I do in my teaching career. I really want to step my foot right so I
can be an effective teacher and as well a good person in dealing with my job that caters students.\
Educational leaders should promote equity and cultural responsiveness. As teacher, I have to look
what skill they can use in order to live productively and effectively.
I have to take in consideration where they live and where are they coming toward their schooling
and their community.
Educational leaders must think that their institution can always be better. I will be a teacher that
will think of ways to innovate teaching methods. Find ways how can the children have better
academic achievement by making new programs and innovations to further enhance learning.
Also taking in consideration our educators and future educators, what programs can we do in order
to uplift the morale of the teaching force and make them happy while doing their work.
Educational leaders should be dedicated to their schools and resilient in the face of adversity. We
need someone that will be caring for the school. Its not a problem that we should always seek
ourselves and uplifting our own. But after doing that we should also think the people we are serving.
We need someone that will be dedicated in teaching. Not just by making building projects but also
the welfare of our students. At the end of the day we can say we did something for the community
and its good.
Educational leaders should be a clear vision for the school's future and communicate it
effective. Every teacher should be a visionary that can think for his students. He should think
of ways to enhance the academic achievement as well as other facets of the students.
The educational leaders and even teachers should promote fairness to each of his students, fairness in giving awards and reward to each student or teacher, commitment in every task given to him, and integrity that every school leader and teacher should have.
Educational authorities should concentrate on their students in their accomplishments rather that what are they doing what is not right. They should always do what is morally upright and based on values which we can not be wrong.
Educational leaders must ensure caring and skillful interactions. Teachers and leaders can organize different simulations, field trips or immersion to let the students learn more to what they studying or learning. This experience can be a great help in dealing with future endeavors and problems that they encounter as a teacher.
Educational leaders should work together. More heads are really better than one. In numbers there are strength. Iron is sharpen by iron also. We should seek people to make our mind richer. Because by just talking to other teacher can help us develop different strategies that was effective to other teacher and avoid problems also other teachers experienced.
Educational leaders should always reflect. we should always look back to we have done at the end of the day to be able to ponder what went wrong and what went right. So we can lift the right foot towards to the path you chose.
