Health is the well-being of our body, mind relationship within family, friends, peers and to our All Mighty Creator.

 Health is the well-being of our body, mind relationship within family, friends, peers and to our All Mighty Creator. 

It is also getting to a state to the fullest of one’s health that will be based on the dimensions of holistic health. 

And holistic health is being defined as the wholeness of health rather than analysis or separation into parts. 

A complete Physical, Mental, Social well-being and not merely the absence of illnesses. 

Likewise, wellness is a positive approach that includes all dimensions of health. 

 The following are the five (5) Dimensions of Health that will lead in developing holistic health: 

Physical health it defines how your body functions well without becoming REMEMBER 8 too tired, 

Mental/Intellectual health can also define as wanting to learn new things while improving one’s skills, 

Social health means how well you get along with other people, 

Moral-Spiritual health is being at peace and in harmony and last is 

Emotional health is being described as how well you meet the demands. 

Adolescence is a period of growth spurts and puberty changes. 

An adolescent may grow a few creeps in a while followed by a time of exceptionally moderate development, at that point have another development. 

 A growth spurt is a sudden rapid growth that happens during adolescence. 

 Puberty is the period when your body starts to change and form into a grown-up. 

 Changes in the Health Dimensions During Adolescence 

1. Physical changes and development 

2. Mental or Intellectual Changes The way adolescents think and perceive things around them also changes. As adolescents mature, mental transformation also takes place during this stage. 

3. Emotional Changes These changes involve adolescents’ emotions and feelings and how they manage them. Love and support from family and friends help adolescents deal with these changes. 

4. Social Changes These are changes that involve the way they deal and interact with family, friends, and other people.
